“Viola Vitalis” is managed by a group of young energetic Engineer having good experience in the field of Laboratory Equipment and Law enforcement equipment. Following personnel is the key management team of “Viola Vitalis”.
Kader Abdul, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Kader completed his B.Sc and M.Sc in Microbiology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. At the same time, he obtained his MBA on Marketing from IBA, University of Dhaka. Dr. Kader later went to do his PhD from Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC) at Karolinska Institute Sweden. He is the founder and CEO of Viola Vitalis Since 2000, Dr. Kader has been involved with several research groups.
He also worked as health coordinator and scientist in Wenner Gren Centre, Strategic Centre for Organic Electronics, Swedish Medical Nanoscience Center and Karolinska Institute. Dr. Kader was the principal investigator in various studies including Feasibility of Human Milk Banking in South America, Feasibility of Biosensor detecting Arsenic with Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ, Leipzig, Germany). He also worked in the establishment of satellite clinic integrated with Human Milk Bank in Chile in 2010 together with Miris AB in Upsala, Sweden.
He was involved in teaching and has supervised many students from different institutions. The healthcare solution brought by the effort of Dr. Kader and the team of Viola Vitalis has been highly acknowledge in different documentaries in national and international television. He has received the ‘Change Maker’ award from Tallberg foundation in 2010 at Rework the world summit.
A K M Abdus Shakoor
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Bringing over 18 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounts, Administration and Capacity building programs, Mr. AKM Abdus Shakoor started working as an Officer, Finance & Admin at Resource Analysis, a Dutch concern, in 2001. Following his successful career, he moved to Rudholm Bangladesh Ltd. as a Country Manager, Finance & Admin in 2010.
In Rudholm he was responsible to oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, payroll management, reported in accordance with GAAP, financial policies and procedures of the company, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations in Bangladesh. Prior to joining in Viola Vitalis as a Chief Financial Officer recently, he was positioned as a Senior Capacity Development Specialist at the HRD & CB project of the Bangladesh Bridge Authority in 2017. He has received a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance from SOM, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
